Infrastructure

Class Rooms

All our classrooms are well ventilated, allowing fresh air and a flood of natural light. Beautiful artworks by children fill the walls, livening the workspace with colour. Spacious storage areas for children to store their belongings are sufficiently provided in each area of work.

Play Area

We have 2 separate outdoor play areas for seniors and juniors along with an indoor area of play for general use. The outdoor area is a breath of fresh air for children to run and stretch, or they could choose from an array of indoor games to strengthen their moves. Kho-Kho, Kabaddi, Shuttle, Volleyball, Throwball, Athletics, Karate and indoor games are taught. Apart from this, the indoor space is used for Carrom, Chess, Yoga, Meditation and more. Health check-ups are done every year.

Laboratory

The lab is equipped with relevant equipment and learning materials for Biology, Mathematics and Physics suitable to the students’ abilities. Well-equipped apparatus, a collection of preserved specimens, charts and more enable students to work with practical skills. Our labs help students acquire a deeper understanding of concepts and build curiosity towards the study of science. During lab hours the students are supervised and assisted by the subject facilitators.

Educational Trips and Excursions

The school organises educational trips and excursions on a regular basis — visits to historical monuments, planetariums, museums, book fairs, bird sanctuaries and science centres — to reinforce learning outside the classroom. These are related to the school curriculum, and students also learn to get along with each other and become more independent. Parents are encouraged to research the places of visit and discuss them with their children. Written parental consent is required for these trips.

Damage to School Property

Damaging or disfiguring any school property may result in suspension or expulsion from school in addition to the levy of a heavy fine. Any student who refuses to adhere to school norms despite repeated warnings will be sent home, rusticated or expelled. No attendance will be given for the period.
